Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix:
I wish insurance companies were not only more communicative but also more straightforward with patients. Their health and well-being are not something to be toyed around with!
What do you like about working here:
I love that the providers genuinely care about people. They aren’t seen as a number—each person is treated like exactly that, a person.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working:
Traveling with my husband, kids, and puppy!
