Emily Stallcup
PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
I am a Bentonville and Springdale, AR native, and my husband is from Rogers, so we are blessed to have our families still here. We have 3 kids and spend a lot of time with family.
After graduating from PTA school at NWACC, I worked in a skilled nursing facility in Grove, OK. I enjoyed the setting, but not the drive, so I was thrilled when a position opened up at Russ Physical Therapy. I especially like the private practice outpatient setting that really focuses on patient care.
I’ve worked for Russ Physical Therapy for 11 years, and I love building relationships with the patients while we are helping them return to their activities and improve their quality of life.

What do you do for the company:
I am a Physical Therapist Assistant, and I’ve taken many courses in vertigo treatments as well as pelvic floor education and instruction.
Something patients have to deal with that you want to fix:
I truly believe food can be healing or a detriment to your overall health. Bad nutrition affects our bodies by increasing inflammation and causes many other health issues to progress as well. I would love to see our patients make great changes in eating whole foods, drinking good electrolytes, and moving their bodies to improve their overall well-being beyond a specific physical issue.
Conditions You Enjoy Treating:
I enjoy treating patients with vertigo and balance conditions as well as pelvic floor education.
What do you like about working here:
I enjoy working with fun co-workers in a positive, life-giving environment. The owners are great and allow us to focus on patient care, adapting to their needs. We all work together well and combine our varied years of experience to provide the best care possible.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working:
I enjoy working in my flower beds and garden, playing with my kids, and learning to make new recipes from scratch.
