Founded by Joe and Rhonda Russ, Russ PT provides therapy services to each of our clients like we would want therapy provided to our own family. POSITION OVERVIEW
Russ Physical Therapy is 100% owned by physical therapists and has outpatient clinics in Bentonville and Springdale, Arkansas. Our mission is to help people get back to doing the things they love without pain.
Our team loves to see our clients improve, and they also love working with one another. We believe that physical recovery happens best in a fun and clean atmosphere under the care and supervision of highly skilled healthcare providers who are committed to professional development that will bring our clients the most proven and innovative interventions. Our team is also committed to recognizing the emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of our clients and we work hard to maintain a culture that provides the best opportunity for our clients to heal in all these areas.
As our newest clinic in Springdale continues to grow and because of the exponential growth happening in Northwest Arkansas, we are looking for licensed Physical Therapists who want to be part of our ever expanding team. We would love to get to know you and see if you might be the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Continual development in skills utilized as a Physical Therapist for patient care in the outpatient setting. Meeting or exceeding the performance standards of a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arkansas. Provide care, manage and coordinate patient treatment and develop patient treatment plans as well as oversee care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants under your supervision. Perform other duties as assigned by Russ PT Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas License as Physical Therapist

All clinicians meet monthly for education classes including but not limited to joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, and blood flow restriction to name a few… Ask other potential employers if they are meeting regularly to improve their clinical skills.
